First, the installation of industrial sockets and appliance input industrial sockets. The installation of the industrial socket is basically the same as that of the industrial socket for inputting appliances. Just look at whether it is concealed or exposed, wire it as required, and then fix it with screws.

The concealed installation method is to embed it on the panel with the installation hole opened and fix it with screws. Generally used for boxes or electric screens. Its terminals are in the panel and are not exposed.

The exposed installation method is to fix the back seat directly on the wall or equipment, and the wires can be connected to the back seat by open wires or through the wall. As long as the back cover is opened, the terminal can be seen and sealed with the cable. The installation method of the connector is the same as that of the industrial plug.

Third, the installation of industrial plugs and connectors. Industrial plugs and connectors are straight and upright by hand, and their wiring must be installed with flexible cables. For the installation of ordinary plug, firstly disassemble the shell, thread the cable sleeve at the rear of the handle into the cable, identify the phase sequence connection, and tighten the terminal screw. Then clamp the cable with a cable rack, and the cable sheath should grow about 5 ~ 10 mm. Then lock the clamp to prevent the cable from being pulled out. Finally, put the shell back and fix it with screws. The tail of the immersion-proof industrial plug is a rubber washer and a threaded gland, so the gland should be tightened to seal it with the cable. The wiring for connecting industrial plugs or connectors of cables must conform to the standard GB 5013.4-1997 flexible cables. Fourth, the installation of rapid industrial plugs and sockets. There are various types of plugs and sockets for rapid industrial use, and you can refer to the manufacturer's product manuals or instructions for installation and wiring.
